Privacy Policy

The short version

This site collects what you type into it and nothing else that identifies you. It is used to answer you. It is not sold, and it is not traded to a lead broker. If you want it gone, email Reese@your615realtor.com and it is deleted, apart from records tied to an actual transaction, which Tennessee law and brokerage policy require me to keep.

What is collected

Only what you enter yourself. The buying and selling questionnaires, the home value request, the Schedule a Call form and the Market Brief signup each ask for a name, an email address, sometimes a phone number, and answers about what you are trying to do. Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a bank account, or a card number, and you should not send those by email either.

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. That is ordinary web hosting, and those logs are not used to build a profile of you.

Why it is collected

To reply to you, to prepare the market analysis you asked for, and to send the Market Brief if you asked for that. If you fill in a form and then stop partway through, the partial answers may be recorded so it is clear which questions people abandon. Partial answers do not trigger a call or an email.

Who it goes to

Eumora Reese, and the services that make the site work: Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Redis Cloud for storage. Each of them processes the information only to run the site. As a Keller Williams agent, transaction records may also go to the brokerage as required by Tennessee real estate law and by the brokerage's own record-keeping rules.

It is not sold to anyone. It is not passed to a third-party lead service. If a court order or a legal obligation ever required disclosure, that would be complied with.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run a third-party ad tracker. Some pages embed content from other companies, such as Instagram, and those companies set their own cookies when their content loads. Their privacy policies govern that, not this one.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful to the conversation. Records tied to an actual transaction are kept as long as Tennessee law and brokerage policy require. Everything else is deleted on request.

Getting it deleted

Email Reese@your615realtor.com and ask. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to quote this page. You can ask for a copy of what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be removed, and you can unsubscribe from the Market Brief from any email it arrives in.

Children

This site is for adults buying and selling property. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
